What we collect

When you create an account we collect your email address and the date you signed up. When you post, we store your reviews, the properties you add, and any reports you submit. If you choose to post a review with your name, we store the name you provide. That is the full list - we do not collect browsing history, location data or marketing profiles.

How we use it

Your email is used to verify your account, let you sign in, and send you account-related messages such as password resets. We do not send marketing emails and we never sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

Anonymity of reviews

Reviews are anonymous by default. Your identity is never shown publicly or exposed in our public data unless you explicitly choose to post a review with your name. Our database administrators can technically associate content with accounts, for example to action a legal request or investigate abuse.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only, to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel). Address lookups in search are processed by OpenStreetMap-based services; your typed search text is sent to those services to return address suggestions, and is not linked to your account.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can delete your own reviews and listings from your profile at any time. For account deletion or any other data request, contact us and we will action it within 30 days.
